Kannada Store gladly ships all orders around the globe for just $5. We use Registered Air Mail by India Post, FedEx International Priority ® for shipping orders.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days depending on the shipping method you choose during the order.

We offer $5 Shipping worldwide through Registered Air Mail by India Post.

We offer two shipping methods

1. FedEx® International Priority Service
   Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be mailed to you immediately after your order has been shipped. All the shipments shipped through FedEx will be insured automatically. This premium shipping service is optional and charged at little extra and the fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. All FedEx packages require a signature upon delivery.
   
   
2. Registered Air Mail by India Post
   Normal delivery time is 8-21 business days. We will have no control over any additional delay in delivery caused due to custom clearance process at the destination country. All Registered Air Mail packages does not require a signature upon delivery.

If the product is not available in stock at the time of your order or during the shipping, you will be notified of the same. There wont be any rain check issued for the items that are on sale. KannadaStore.com reserves the right to review and/or cancel the order if found inappropriate. Terms and conditions of the individual shipping company are applicable.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient responsibility. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Return Policy

We will accept returns of products within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. If you find any product damaged after opening, we will replace them without any extra charges. Please report damages within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. NO Refunds will be made but we will ship an item with the same title.

All items we sell are original and in brand-new sealed condition. So it is highly unlikely that there will be any kind of issues. But still if an item purchased is found to be defective, please contact us with details of the problem within 14 days of receiving the item.

Cancellation

It will not be possible to cancel an order once your order is shipped. If you think you need to modify an order you have just placed, please be as quick as you can in contacting us.
