Review
------
Milana is a contemporary film with a classic touch. It has an urban milieu which has been narrated with a feel good fragrance. The most likeable factor in the film is the way director Prakash has handled the subject. Though the film does not boast of any fresh story content, it appeals mainly because of the way that the story has been told on the screen. Finely tuned performances from lead artists like Puneet Raj Kumar and Parvathi is a major attraction of the film. Infact Puneet Rajkumar's characterisation is the highpoint of the film. The comedy plot is sure to entertain all classes of audience.
Prakash has followed a classy narration though he has some quota of fights in the film to please Puneet's loyal fans. But even these action sequences does not look like a forcible addition to the narration. The action sequences are much part of the film. The Kushi and Rishi director has one more classic film in his kitty in the form of Milana.
The story relates to RJ Aakash who gets a jolt on his marriage day. His newly married wife seeks divorce privately with him. And Aakash agrees to her request and sets a course of action in that direction. What happens later. It is better to watch the film on screen.
