Plot

Mast Maja Maadi is a remake of the Bollywood hit 'Dhamaal' starring Ritesh Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffery, Aashish Chowdhary and Sanjay Dutt, which was in fact a remake of the 1963 American comedy Its a mad, mad world. Sudeep has replaced Sanjay Dutt in this Kannada venture while Vijay Raghavendra, Diganth, Nagkiran and Komal Kumar have done the other roles. Dhamaal of course didn't have a female lead, but the Kannada version has Jennifer Kotwal playing the female lead. Apart from this, Upendra will be seen making a guest appearance in a song with ten heroines. 'Soundarya' Jagadish, who has built for himself a reputation in construction business, is making his debut as a producer through this film.
