Plot

Rocky is not a careless although his busy parents have left him free. He is studios and a rank holder. The top ranking he gets in education is not possible for him to achieve in his love life. He is bowled over by the beauty of Usha. Usha is not reciprocating. She is impressed with Vishwas a guitarist. At this point of Rocky goes to the extreme of asking Vishwas the top class musician to love his lover Usha. On the one side he has not been able to impress her and secondly without knowing the consequences of doing so he urge for Vishwas to love Usha only to keep her happy. When the situation becomes 'Ulta' (Rocky is under the impression that Vishwas may not fall in love) and goes out of hands Rocky makes his own ideas to get his fianc? to his side. The rest is quite interesting part to watch on the screen.
