Plot

Ragini IPS (Ragini) is a strict cop whose aim is to rid the society of corrupt politicians and goons, and help women lead a decent life. She takes on an MP (Avinash), and his son Jagadish (Narayanaswamy), a corporator who is a womanizer. She brings their misdeeds to the fore, earning their wrath in the process. To take revenge, Jagadish and his goons lay a trap for Ragini and rape her. The story takes a turn when Ragini and a few women catch hold of the rowdy elements and castrate them. But Jagadisha manages to escape. He kidnaps Ragini's sister and attempts to rape her but the braveheart cop is ready with her revenge.
