Plot

Yogaraj Pulakeshi (Nana Patekar) a nightmare cop to the disgruntled elements in the society takes the orders for 'Fear less and Crime Less Bengaluru'. In a killing spree of 50 encounters Yogaraj Pulakeshi finally is gunned down by Punja (Atul Kulkarni).

But before his death Yogaraj has prepared his son with just one statement ? If I go you youngsters take on criminals. That exactly happens. Yaksharaj alias Yaksha (Yogish) who is fond of magic cleverly joins the gang of Punja and the count down starts. There is Prakruthi Banavasi (Kishore) who waits and hits back at the criminals. He keeps quiet because Yaksharaj is doing his job. In the final round when Punja knows that Yaksha is the son of Yogaraj Pulakeshi the top cop who troubled him in the past the final round of battle where Punja and Annaji dies the way is cleared with clean chit to Yaksha. That is the brainy work of Prakruthi Banavasi.
