Plot

Cool Ganesha (Jaggesh), hailing from a middle class family, is in need of money. He is unable to return Rs 3 lakh he borrowed from Veerabhadra (Shobhraj). He is enticed to buy a site but it is in dispute between rowdies Agni Surya (Jeevan) and Hebbet Anjanappa ( Harry Jose), who are relatives. Circumstances force Ganesha to join Surya's team. There is a turn to this story when Ganesha tells Surya to marry Anjanappa's daughter (Tashu Kaushik) so that their enmity ends. But the daughter is in love with Ganesha.
